My vision is to not only enhance our guests’ dining experiences but also to cultivate an educational culture within our community. I am dedicated on instilling a new style of cooking and eating that reflects both creativity and sustainability.

I’ve began my culinary journey in Los Angeles, California and have spent the past decade honing my skills in reputable restaurants alongside amazing Chefs. My dedication to the craft was recognized when I was awarded the MentorBKB educational Grant, which afforded me an incredible experience at Restaurant Daniel in New York city.

I look forward to sharing my passion for hospitality and immersive culinary experiences while forging lasting connections with our guests and the local community.
